As sunset times vary throughout the winter, our team will contact you to arrange the optimal pickup time. If there are any changes, or if the tour needs to be canceled or rescheduled, you will be informed prior to pickup. We strive to provide you with the most accurate weather predictions, reaching out by 4 PM on the day of your tour to confirm the plans, so be sure to keep an eye on your emails for timely updates.

While sightings of the Northern Lights can’t be guaranteed, rest assured that if our expert guide doesn’t believe you’ll have a good chance of seeing them, we will reschedule your tour for a better night.
