Guided Mystery Day Hike in Iceland’s natural wonders – Join our private group hikes and enjoy a 4-5 hour hike in Iceland’s nature, exploring Waterfalls, Canyons, Volcanoes, Glaciers, Rivers, Lakes to name a few.
We will choose the best location according to weather, hike difficulty will be easy/medium and guided on marked trails to protect the natural surroundings as best as possible. Our hikes can be tailored to your fitness level so you can enjoy at your own pace with as many rest and photo stops as you like.
day hike
You will need to pack a small bag for your hike, you will need waterproof cloths, 1 liter water bottle, Gloves, Hat, Spare socks. These can be supplied upon request if you do not have them.
Your mystery hike will include a packed lunch, transport, mystery hike in Icelands beautiful landscapes.
You will start the day by being picked up directly from your hotel in our electric Merceds vehicle, We will decided in the morning what hiking area is best suited for the weather and your ability. The journey to your hiking location will take 1-2 hours depending on the chosen location, all while driving through Iceland’s beautiful landscapes. During the hike you can expect to see one or more of the following; waterfalls, canyons, fjords, geothermal springs, volcanoes, rivers, lakes, Icelandic flora/fauna, glaciers, mountains, fumerols, bubbling mud pits, wildlife and stark landscapes. During you hike you will stop for lunch and snacks, with a little luck in a spot over looking a spectacular view. You can choose between a small or large hike up to 4 hours with the entire day being planned for 8 hours, so we can have you back in time for dinner.

Icelandic weather conditions can change in an instant, it is common to experience all 4 seasons in one day, it is highly recommend to bring adequate clothing to suit all conditions for the experience. They can of course just be left in the transportation if not needed.
